Do you love Cape Ann? Then show your love by ordering a beautiful new Cape Ann license plate!
The proceeds from each license plate sold go to a newly-formed non-profit called the Cape Ann Community Foundation (CACF). The money raised then gets distributed to other local non-profits on Cape Ann. Last year, the CACF gave Action Inc. a grant to run our Nurse Aide Training Program; they’ve also given grants to Backyard Growers and Cape Ann Farmers Market.

After you’ve ordered and received your new plate, the CACF will then give another $15 from the sale of the plate to Action Inc. Simply go to the website again and fill out the online designation form. Don’t forget to put Action Inc. as your charity of choice!
