Statement on Federal Government Shutdown
Action Inc.’s offices are currently open. Unfortunately, due to the government shutdown, certain program services may be interrupted.
The Heating Repair & Replacement (HEARTWAP) program will be serving emergencies only.
Fuel Assistance (LIHEAP/HEAP) will be accepting applications in anticipation of the season starting 11/1, but limited funds will be available if the shutdown is still occurring.
Right now, all Housing Services, Community Services, and Education & Training programs are currently unaffected.
