Courtney MacDougal – That’s the Tea Boutique (Left)

Courtney is the proud owner of That’s the Tea Boutique, a size-inclusive and trendy women’s clothing store. Her boutique is not just a place to find fashionable clothing but a haven for those who have often been marginalized in the thrifting community.

Courtney shared, “I started my own business because, one, I love to be my own boss, and two, I wanted to create a positive thrifting experience for all sizes. Many of my plus-size friends had negative experiences with thrifting, so I wanted to change the second-hand game.” Her dedication to inclusivity and style is evident in the carefully curated collection at her boutique.

Izzy Harper – Thrifted and Beaded (Center)

Izzy runs Thrifted and Beaded, a sustainable, one-of-a-kind jewelry brand. Each piece she creates is unique, reflecting her commitment to sustainability and personal expression.

“I’ve always enjoyed making jewelry,” Izzy explained. “I wanted to sell it to others so everyone can have a piece of jewelry that’s completely unique to them. I don’t make the same designs over and over again.” Her approach to using existing materials to craft trendy pieces highlights the importance of sustainability in fashion.

Kat Coomer – The Willow Witch (Right)

Kat combines her love for plants and retail with her business The Willow Witch. She offers a range of houseplants, candles, and plant care services.

Kat’s professional background is in operations, which helped her transition into owning her own business. “Last year, I had the opportunity to work at a professional plant pop-up shop, and I loved it. So, I decided to start my own,” she said. Her passion for plants and her knack for retail make her business a unique and valuable addition to the community. These products, paired with Izzy’s sustainable jewelry and Courtney’s inclusive-trendy clothing selections, make a perfect fit for the pop-up shop on Main Street.

The pop-up shops’ hours are usually 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday through Sunday. You can check the store’s social media accounts for any updates to the weekly hours of operation.
