Housing First
Our Housing First program provides housing and hope to people experiencing chronic homelessness. Through Housing First, adults with disabilities and long histories of homelessness can receive permanent housing and supportive services. We believe that people often need to have a roof over their head, a safe place to sleep, and the support of a case manager before they can improve their lives and work toward long-term goals. We make sure our tenants are safe and receive all the resources they need to thrive.
If you are experiencing chronic homelessness, please contact our main office at 978-282-1000.
Coordinated Entry
For people in crisis, accessing housing services can be daunting. Action Inc. manages the Coordinated Entry system, which connects individuals with services and housing opportunities based on their strengths and needs. Individuals experiencing homelessness that are 18 and older (including homeless adults not in emergency shelter) can contact our office to complete an assessment with our Homeless Services Navigator.
Please call Yanely Estevez at 978-282-1000 to access the Coordinated Entry system.
