Action Inc.’s 2024-2026 Community Assessment Report & Strategic Plan is a roadmap for our organization’s activities over the next 3 years.
This comprehensive document is divided into two main sections. The initial section, known as the Community Assessment Report, uses data collected from a broad range of sources to shed light on Cape Ann’s most pressing needs. The second section is the Strategic Plan, which outlines the goals, objectives, and activities that Action Inc. will pursue to address these identified needs within our service area.
