Reports to: Administrative Supervisor

Hours: Full Time 8:30-4:30, Non Exempt

Supervisory Responsibilities: none

 

Summary: This position will provide administrative support to the Energy program by scheduling energy assessments, processing invoicing submissions for completed energy efficiency installations, coordinating with network partners for statewide referrals and communication, and assisting Energy Directors in coordinating Energy activities.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform customer intake/eligibility screening for Action Inc. & Statewide Energy Efficiency Services.

· Process invoicing for vendor payments and National Grid production reporting.

· Provide customer support throughout the process of energy efficiency measure delivery.

· Maintain electronic client files to ensure accuracy and completion.

· Prepare data collection for reports as requested by program managers and directors.

· Assist in tracking of program data through various local and cloud-based project management systems.

· Create Excel and Word documents that contain calculation formulas, mail merge, design, etc.

· Coordinate with network partners to process client referrals between the market rate and income eligible sectors.

· Communicate with other agencies, respectfully and productively.

· Attend and participate in departmental, organization-wide and other meetings.

· Act in the best interest of the organization, reflecting the values of teamwork, collaboration and mutual respect.

· Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

· Three years office experience

· Possess excellent computer skills

· Possess effective customer service skills

· Second language desired

 

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, move and carry 10 lbs.
