Administrative Assistant – SEASONAL

Provide support to the Energy program by meeting and greeting clients, directing inquiries, and assisting clients with paperwork. Part-time hours from October 1 – April 30.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors to Energy department in a pleasant and professional
  • Data entry and other related program
  • Assist clients with prescreening of income/household data for energy
  • Assist with the heating payment
  • Resolve payment inaccuracies with the heating
  • Attend and participate in departmental, organization-wide and other
  • Act in the best interest of the organization, reflecting the values of teamwork, collaboration and mutual
  • Other duties as


  • Three years office
  • Basic computer
  • Possess effective customer service
  • Second language

Physical Demands:  Must be able to lift, move and carry 101bs.
