or pick up at Action Employment & Training office on 180 Main Street in Gloucester. Applications are also available at your local high school.
Adult learners are encouraged to apply, as well as high school students. Applicants must include an acceptance letter from a Massachusetts institution of higher learning and either a form 1040 or FAFSA. Eligible applicants are from Cape Ann or Ipswich, and have demonstrated financial need. See guidelines for income eligibility. Scholarships range from $500-$1,000.
